Whose needs does the NanoMeter address?

The primary target group of the Nanometer are researchers and developers of applications that involve nanotechnologies. To deliver meaningful results, there should be a clear vision of how the future product may look like.

Further Nanometer user groups may include students and university researchers – primarily in the field of natural sciences, engineering and business administration – that wish to gain insights of and awareness for NT-related societal aspects and to broaden their perspective beyond their area of research. The multidisciplinary nature of nanotechnologies as well as the number of concerned societal issues and questions qualify NT-based applications and the Nanometer as interesting study objects.
